Tutu Beketin

Tutu Williamson Beketin holds a Doctorate degree in Economics (Development option) from the Niger Delta University having previously bagged a Postgraduate Diploma & Masters degrees from the University of Port Harcourt, as well as a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Agriculture with specialization in Agricultural Economics from the prestigious University of Ibadan, all in Nigeria. He is a Chief Economic Planning Officer at the Bayelsa State Ministry of Budget & Economic Planning with almost twenty (20) years working experience. Prior to this, he had taught Economics , Agricultural Science, and Mathematics at post primary school level for over a decade in Bayelsa State, Nigeria.
