Factors Affecting Students' Intention to Use Green Vehicles in Hanoi City: The Role of Regulation from the State's Support Policies

Abstract

The wave of greening traffic is becoming a new phenomenon, attracting the attention of a large public. Currently, many domestic and foreign researchers have chosen greening traffic or green vehicles as a research topic, many of which have shown factors affecting the intention to use green vehicles. In Vietnam, although there have been research projects related to green vehicles, the amount of research is still limited and does not meet the needs of society. This study was conducted among students in Hanoi city to point out the factors affecting the intention to use green vehicles, thereby evaluating the role of regulation from governments. State books. Research results show that there are 7 factors that affect students' intention to use green vehicles including (Infrastructure, Price, Social Environment, Awareness, Attitude, Knowledge and Finance). individual). The research results are used as a basis to propose solutions to increase students' intention to use green vehicles in Hanoi city.
