Abstract

This paper focuses on the subsidized educational work of independent colleges in the process of cultivating applied and innovative talent. Given its broad enrollment area and large number of students, especially the increase in the group of poor students, the effectiveness of subsidized education has been explored. Paths are particularly important. This paper analyzes the current status and challenges of independent colleges in the construction of the funding system and the integration of the comprehensive development of students and aims to propose specific strategies for funding and educating students from the dimensions of system construction and measurement application. The focus of the research is to optimize the design of the funding policy to ensure that the students with financial difficulties are accurately covered, and at the same time, the cultivation of the comprehensive quality and social responsibility of the receiving students is emphasized. This paper proposes the construction of a multidimensional funding and education system of “economic assistance + ability training + spiritual support” to promote the in-depth development of the funding and education work of independent colleges, achieve the organic combination of targeted funding and comprehensive education, and provide guidance for the training of more advanced students. High-quality talent provides strong support.
